1 Whole chile pepper with cheese, and topped with red sauce. 

1 Enchilada choice of meat (Asada, grilled or shredded chicken, carnitas, al pastor, or cheese) with red sauce and melted cheese. 

Fried plantains. Served with sour cream on the side

Corn tortilla, with guacamole queso, and pico de gallo. 

2 Tightly, large rolled, crispy corn tortillas filled with shredded meat. Topped with sour cream and salsa verde.  (Call to inquire if available)
